I took on a brand identity project for a tech startup working out of the Harvard Innovation Lab. The task was to design a wordmark and a symbol for an employee engagement software, with a yet-to-be defined existence. It could be anything from a browser extension to a mobile app, or something more. The one thing I knew was that the clients wanted "bold and red".
